Ja, BF862, RIP.

ON hat noch ein paar gute, z.B. CPH3910. (und dies & jenes von
Sanyo geerbt)

Interfet hat für seinen IF3601 / 02 (Mouser) neulich das Datenblatt
näher an die Wirklichkeit angepasst. Das war schon mehr als frech.
Zu dem Preis und mit diesen Kapazitäten ist er leider nicht mehr 
interessant.
Da ist man mit 4 * 3910 auch nicht schlechter für 5% an €€€ & mit weniger C.
