zu einer THD+N-Messung gehört immer auch die Angabe
der Frequenzbandbreite der Messung, weil die das Rauschen
über den gesamten Frequenzbereich aufintegriert.
Das bedeutet, man kann sehr unterscheidliche Messwerte
bekommen, wenn man z.B. die Bandbreite durch einen Filter
begrenzt oder die volle Bandbreite des Meßsystems nutzt.

Wenn man einen OpAmp nur mit einer Bandbreite von 10Hz betreibt
bzw. misst, bekommt man natürlich ein sehr gutes Rauschverhalten,
kann aber eben in der Anwendung auch nur Frequenzen bis 10Hz
verarbeiten, was für Audio natürlich zu wenig ist.

Bei einer Audioschaltung kommt es darauf an, wieviel
Bandbreite das Gerät haben soll. Man kann z.B. bis 22kHz
messen, um das Audioband auf jeden Fall mit drin zu haben.
Bei einer einzelnen Opamp-Stufe vielleicht auch 100kHz,
zum Beispiel, damit mehrere hintereinander geschaltete
Stufen einem nicht die Bandbreite zu sehr begrenzen, oder
weil die größere Bandbreite eine Designentscheidung ist.

Beim OPA1612 Datenblatt steht jetzt nicht dabei (oder ich hab's
nicht gefunden), mit welcher Bandbreite sie gemessen haben.
Spezifiziert ist der OPA1612 mit 1,1nV/rtHz bei 1kHz, wo das
Rasuchen kaum mehr frequenzabhängig ist.

Beim OPA1612 ergäbe das bei Beispiel-Bandbreiten von 22kHz
und 100kHz:

22kHz:   1,1e-9 * sqrt(22000)  = 163nV

100kHz:  1,1e-9 * sqrt(100000) = 348nV

Das passt zumindest von der Größenordnung her zu den 330nV,
zumal wir nicht wissen, mit welcher Bandbreite sie da für
das Datenblatt gemessen haben.

Wobei ich nicht sagen will, dass beim OPA1612 das Rauschen
dominiert, sondern dass der lineare Teil der THD+N-Kurve
durch eine konstante Fremdspannung erklärbar ist. Das kann
natürlich Rauschen sein, muss aber nicht. Das kann man dem
Diagramm nicht so ohne weiteres entnehmen.
Da wäre mal eine THD-Messung (ohne "+N") interessant oder
Klirrspektren.

Dieses Verhalten im linearen Teil würde man immer bekommen,
wenn man eine konstante Fremdspannung mit einer veränderlichen
Nutzsignalamplitude in Beziehung setzt. Das ist also eher eine
Eigenschaft der Messvorschrift und weniger des Gerätes oder
Bauteils, das da gemessen wird.
