Is that supposed to be a bad joke or is it just downright
misrepresentation or ignorance of the facts?  

Trump has thrown transgender people out of the military and government,
destroyed research papers, restricted passports and promoted healthcare
misinformation.  Americans are turning up on British help groups asking
if they can seek sanctuary in Britain.  The British Home Office has
recommended that transgender people don't travel to America.

Meanwhile Britain is under investigation for attempted genocide of
transgender people and the British Government has been given a severe
warning that the anti-trans policies it is about to make into law will
be illegal under the European Conventio on Guman Rights.  Transgender
children in the UK are forced to undergo the wrong puberty and are
offered "conversion therapy", a form of torture, to 'cure' them.  The
National Health Service refuses to publish recent child suicide figures
but anecdotally they are understood to be rising rapidly.
