It would be clearer (and UI appropriate) to state clearly beside port 
setting boxes what the setting is (specifically).  eg: POP, IMAP, SMTP. 
  They've obfuscated that and it leads to confusion when trying to fix 
things.  Further, settings are spread over several dialog boxes where a 
single dialog box with most of the key settings would be better UI.
