I wasn't implying that most do see it.  From all reports most do not. 
But there is significant reporting of the issue (which a simple web 
search will reveal).

Apple acknowledge it as a bug in Bug Reporter (and claim it was fixed in 
10.10.2 - (it is not fixed whatever they say).  Would Apple declare a 
fix for something that wasn't fixed or significant?
