Bless. I live in the UK, I never backed Trump and I still don't.
I merely observe the American Mind (such as it is) treating politics 
like a game of baseball, and cheering on one set of professional foulers 
or the other with no intelligence involved at all.

The issue for intelligent people is why so many people voted *against*

Trump is what happens when you subsitute emotional voting for rational 
voting and start to use emotional issues as policy drivers.

Government is supposed to be there to arbitrate between opposites, not 
to generate them

Trump is the direct result of the Democrat party's failure to actually 
know how to run a nation.

The fact that he is a megaton sized clusterfuck is something you will 
have to deal with
