To me, it was lost before that. They offered some good tariffs (perhaps 
too good, as some people took the piss). We all got tarred with the same 
brush and suddenly shafted (this was after the founder had withdrawn from 
everyday running).

The final insult was that they charged me £100 to move a domain that had 
had a full year already paid for; I didn't mind loing the £50 odd for the 
remaining term, but £100 on top was ridiculous.

But I was happy with them for mearly a decade before they got too big an 
impersonal.
