well the object is to have the latest drivers. so the longer you leave 
it the more there will be to update

sure. but ppl want the current version of software to get the latest 
enhancements, improvements, bug fixes, etc., so same thing with drivers. 
but if your computer is running fine, there's no 'need' to update 
drivers. however, I decided to give the PC a good clean out and tune up, 
and it is running noticeably better
