don't you know? It updated 34 drivers in one go. that creates the 
potential for error. drivers should be replaced one at a time, and in 
the right order.

and I'll just tack this on here.. the reason Grumpy (how well he named 
himself) hates this type of software so much is because it helps the 
average PC user, which means they don't need to employ his services, I 
would venture to suggest.
