The point is that you complained that IOBit stuffed it in the first

Sure, and it mentions that it is a h55-ud3h motherboard which is a 
Gigabyte socket 1156 motherboard, but somehow you have USB 3 drivers on 
it. Have you added a USB 3 card to your machine because the h55 did not 
natively come with USB 3 ports.
