It was much more complicated than that. He had already
decided that well before that. But the midget was booked
in for surgery in Albury just the week after the job induction
in Sydney and what was being flip flopped about was whether
it made more sense to make the move to sydney before the
induction on the wednesday and then go to albury somehow
the week after or whether it made more sense for him to go
to sydney for the induction, then come back here and them
all go to albury for the surgery and then from there to sydney
after the surgery.

It was actually a bit more convenient for me to do the trip
to sydney and back in the one long day than to do it via
albury over at least two full days with a stay overnight in
albury.

Yeah, I've done that stuff quite a few times for my mates
one of whom has just died of the medical problem rather
later than we expected he would. Died just after another
mate of mine took him over to Wagga for the latest fitting
of his new wooden leg and then he had a hell of a problem
getting out of the car into the house and died of that just
an hour or so later.
