OMG !!! Maybe you have cracked the maze.
This solution seems really perfect.
I have any right to share the contents on a P2P network.
It would work.

I just have two things to decide.

1) Whether or not I'd be willing to seed in a LITERAL sense 
(not just by name, being IDLE most of the time, but 
uploading constantly), as it could block most my other net 
activities (yes, I could always assign a modest quota to the 
upload bandwidth ...)

2) Whether or not to abandon any restriction in access. Now 
I'm sharing just with my students (as dropbox has this 
feature), in such a case I'd be sharing with the world over.

But the idea is darn good !
