I speak of 60-80 GB of data from 5 years of storage.

But the single BIGGEST single file is 486 MB heavy.
The second biggest is 266 MB big.
Most videos are under 200 MB.
Noone has to download the full courses at a time.

Most of audio are just some tens MB.

Also another aspect has to be taken into account : this is 
just the "seeding" point, the funnel neck, but I will 
encourage "leeching" (that is redistribution among them).

Thirdly, I offer a totally free service and I'm not supposed 
to offer any other warranty or minimum bandwidth.
If one can't be bothered to download, then it's up to him, 
not my fault.
This funnel neck (or was bottle neck ?) is unavoidable 
whichever home-based service I chose I guess.
And true clouds does not have SPACE enough.
Having to choose between cutting space and slow speed, I'd 
rather choose low speed.

but it would not be the tipical usage mode. In a realistic 
scenario a few student would download a couple of files / 
week. A very very low traffic situation
