Ein IPS-Panel hat es sicher nicht :-)
Das defekte Samsung hat aber auch keine gutes Display. Es wird auch

Ich wollte das Board luftig in 3 Lagen Alufolie wickeln, sodass die
Wärmeleitung durch die Folie stark reduziert wird.

Dann habe ich zwei Ideen:
1. Das Board zuerst bei 100°C im Backofen vorwärmen und direkt danach
den Rest mit dem Fön erledigen
2. Da Board solide waagerecht aufbauen, sodass ich die Lötstelle von
oben und unten mit dem Fön erreichen kann.

Variante 2. erscheint mir im Moment am Sinnvollsten zu sein, denn dabei
dürften du umliegenden Teile am Wenigsten mitbekommen.

Die Temperatur würde ich mit einem IR-Thermometer messen.
Wenn Lot auf dem Chip verläuft, stört es später den Übergang zum
Kühlkörper und die Temperatur an den Balls kenne ich trotzdem nicht.
Wenn Alufolie dazwischen liegt, würde diese doch weggepustet werden.
