Welche GPU steckt denn drin? Einige NVidia-Gpus haben nämlich einen 
Defekt, der sich ähnlich äußert, aber dort hilft neu verlöten nicht, da 
es ein Kontaktpoblem des GPU-Dies mit der Trägerplatine der GPU ist. 
Beides ist verklebt - die gesamte GPU muß dann gegen eine fehlerfreie 
getauscht werden. Bei einigen AMD-GPUs hingegen reicht reballing.
