Ok also Bastelstunde:

Wickel das Board zweimal in Alufolie ein, und schneide die Folie genau 
rundherum um die GPU mit einem Messer aus. Drücke die Folie dort fest 
an, besonders wenn da SMDchen herumlungern, damit die an Ort und Stelle 
bleiben. Lege ein Fitzelchen Lötzinn auf die GPU, als 
Temperatur-Indikator. Und dann heißt es: Heißluft frei!

Manchmal wird auch noch zu einer einzelnen Lage Alufolie auf der GPU 
geraten, darauf dann das Lötzinn.
