Und dann in einer anderen Zeit herauskommen?
( Könnte wegen Paradoxon mit Parallelwelten gehen. )
Momentan sieht es eher so aus, wenn Wurmloch,
dann werden alle Zusammenhänge da zerschreddert.

Vorstellbar von "bauen" ja.
Ich kann mir auch den Bau einer Kuppel mir 5 km Radius vorstellen.
( Getragen mit dauernd ausgetauschten Raketenantrieb. )

Das würde ich noch unter *science* fiction einordnen,
das da science nicht wie bei Religion der Phantasie angepasst wurde.
Bei Nick der Weltraumfahrer und früher gab es neue
Lebensformen auf der Erde, im Perry Rhodan Zeitalter,
war das Weltall von vielen Intelligenzformen bevölkert,
der soziale Vorbilder aus menschlichen Verhalten gebastelt waren.

  Superintelligenz mag noch sience sein,
allerdings der gleich göttliche Fähigkeiten zuzuordnen..
Auch die hat ihre Grenzen.

Was Weltherrschaft an sich reißen betrifft,
denke ich eher an Menschen wie Putin, Xi..

Realistisch ist eher, wie bei Perry Rhodans Arkoniden,
das Menschen aus Spaß und Dekadenz
alles Relevante Roboter und KI überlassen
Allerdings sieht es momentan eher nach Apokalypse
durch nuklerar Winter und/oder Umweltzerstörung aus.

Ein Variante wäre funktionierende KI Drohnen
zum Auslöschen von Personen der nicht eigenen Seite
die von beiden Seite entsprechend eingesetzt werden.

Ich vermute das Drohnen Klimaflüchtlingsströme
vernichten werden.
Vielleicht bleibt dann kein Mensch mehr übrig.
( Nach dem letzten Fluchtversuch. )

Kleine Asteroiden einfangen müsst jetzt schon technisch gehen.
Voyager ist vermutlich auf interstellarer Reise ( ohne bestimmtes Ziel ) ..

Physikalische Gesetze selber sind unabhängig  von der Zeit.
Interstellares Reisen geht, aber nicht so, wie in es in
  sf Heftchen oder TV Serien vorkommt.

Man schicke Daten per Raumschiff zu einem anderen Sonnensystem,
erstelle daraus Lebewesen..
Mutationen werden durch diverse Verfahren ausgeglichen.

Aber das eignet sich wenig für typische Romane.
