Die Akzeptanz für Bildstörungen wie man sie im Analogfernsehen hatte 
dürfte in den letzten Jahren ziemlich zurückgebildet worden sein.
der Normalnutzer dürfte sich heute nicht mehr darüber freuen aus einem 
gestörten Signal doch noch ein paar Informationen zu gewinnen.
