Bei Thermostatventilen lohnt sich das nicht, die sind schnell komplett 
getauscht und die kosten sind überschaubar.
Bei Rolladenantrieben sieht das anders aus. Funkmotoren sind da schon 
etwas kostspieliger und aufwendiger zu tauschen. Einfacher ist es da 
alles herkömlich zu installieren und nur den Wandschalter gegen einen 
Funkschalter zu tauschen.

Eben - darum darauf achten dass das System für das man sich entscheidet 
von FHEM&Co unterstützt wird. Dann hat man die Option den Übergang zu 
einem anderen System schleichend machen zu können.

Die für Hausautomation zulässigen Frequenzbänder sind nicht 
international gleich. Kann da durchaus passieren dass ein Hersteller mal 
auf ein "Schnittmengenfrequenzband" umstellt um auch in anderen Ländern 
auf den Markt zu können.

Ist auch die Frage ob dass dann überhaupt noch Sinn macht.
was würde man den heute noch im Elektronikbereich reparieren wollen was 
20Jahre alt ist?
