Beim Wechsel darfst Du normalerweise alle Module neu kaufen und 
austauschen, wenn Du diesen Rechner und die Steuer-Software nicht 
selbstgezimmert hast. Letzteres kann Otto Normalverbraucher nicht.

Ist aehnlich wie bei IoT. Fuer privat gibt es da ... so gut wie nix. 
Fuer den kommerziellen Bereich haben ich und meine Kunden bis jetzt fast 
alles selbst entwickeln muessen. Bis auf (manchmal) die HF Module, weil 
Intentional Radiator Cert teuer ist.
