Mit "Ersatzteile" meine ich jetzt Komponenten für das gewählte Heimautomations-System: Heizkörperventile, Anwesenheitssensoren, Temperatursensoren, Fenstersensoren, Rolladensteuerungen, schaltbare Steckdosen und Lichtschalter (beides Unterputz), etc. Da Häuser normalerweise länger als 20 Jahre leben, ohne daß man ihre komplette technische Infrastruktur wegen Obsoleszenz rausreißen und ersetzen muß, ergibt die Frage nach einer Perspektive über 20 Jahre hinaus zumindest für Eigenheimbesitzer meiner Meinung nach schon Sinn. Eine andere Frage, die sich mir mal gestellt hat: Wie ist das eigentlich mit den Fluchtwegen? Szenario: Es ist Nacht, Außenrolläden sind runtergelassen. Es brennt, der Strom fällt aus, das Treppenhaus ist unpassierbar. Meine Rolläden mit Gurtband bekäme ich dann noch hochgezogen und kann aus dem Fenster raus oder, auf den Balkon - aber bei elektrischen Rolläden sitzt man in der Falle...? Hanno
