Der legitime Inhaber der zu benutzenden Daten muß jemand sein, der nicht wirklich vermißt wird und den man gut steuern kann. Man muß den von irgendwo her kennen, da man so leichter einen Zugang findet. Und der muß auf die eine oder andere Art abhängig sein von etwas, was man hat und das Opfer nicht. Hitler war nun ein richtiger Looser und hat in einem Obdachlosen-Asyl gewohnt. Außerdem gab es den Kontakt über Ludwig Wittgenstein, der u.U. eine Beziehung mit dem hatte. Dann kassiert man den echten Hitler ein und schickt den falschen zurück. Das ginge besonders gut im 1. WK. Da konnte man bei verschiedenen Gelegenheiten mal versuchen, einen Spion ins feindliche Lager zu schicken. Der bekam einen dicken Verband um den Kopf und war dann 'verwundet'. Im Krankenhaus, wo das nicht so gefährlich ist, wird dann der 1. Spion gegen den späteren 'Führer' vertauscht, der dann richtig legaler Kriegsheimkehrer ist (mit EK I). Zwar war der echte Hitler so eine 'Trantüte', daß er niemals im Leben einen Orden für irgendwas bekommen hätte. Aber das macht ja nichts, denn später fragt sowieso keiner mehr, wo jemand seine Orden her hat. Der echte Hitler hat dann den Krieg irgendwo im Gefängnis verbracht und wurde gut behandelt, damit man den falschen Hitler später wieder gegen den echten zurücktauschen konnte (per 'Selbstmord'). TH
