Und das Risiko "Pilot will spektakulär Selbstmord begehen" steht auf der Liste relevanter Risiken irgendwo auf 743. Stelle oder so und wird entsprechend behandelt. Damals war eben operative Hektik gefragt. Deswegen war auch sehr schnell klar, dass der böse Pilot Selbstmord begangen hatte und alternative Möglichkeiten wurden ab dem Zeitpunkt komplett ignoriert. Und die Faktenlage ist nicht so, dass es etwa einen eindeutigen Beweis für die Selbstmordtheorie gab.
