Mit einem alten HP NC6000 habe ich das Problem auch gehabt. Mehrmals habe
ich die GPU mittels Heißluft und ansonsten abgedeckter Platine wieder zum
Arbeiten gebracht. Nach ein paar Monaten oder Wochen war das Problem dann
aber immer wieder da :-(

Lötdraht-Krümel wäre mir zu heikel. Das schmilzt dann doch an und wird
irgendwohingepustet. Das will man nicht auf der Platine haben. Ich habe es
einen Klecks Lötpaste genommen: Noch innigerer Kontakt zum Chip und fliegt
nicht so leicht weg.
