Do capital letters indicate a different meaning of a word?

Associations are non elected entities, but represent the members and 
their interests.

Politics is about public affairs and politicians are elected by all 
citizens.

So we have a discrepancy between 'few members' and 'all citizens'.

The trade unions have also no political mandate, nor do their 
representatives.

It's about 'trade', meaning about the conditions of work and about 
payment and similar questions.

Can the unions demand certain votes from their members?

They are certainly experts in teaching. But we're not discussing 
teaching per se, but the subjects they should teach.

'Revolution' ?

In my opinion the so called 68er movement was directed by the CIA to 
promote drugs.

That was all fraud and fake.
