Here we have it again: 'Intentional bad behaviour' is apparently a common phenomenon in politics. So, a little more than 'just understand each other' is not all, that matters. And certainly public education could do more than this. How about things like foreign literature or own writing skills? I personally think, that intellectual misbehaviour of politicians is somehow rewarded. IOW: the more idiotic the policy, the higher someone climbs the hierarchy.
