Es ist nur eben nicht richtig, dass Microsoft den Laden zwecks Kaufpreissenkung sabotiert haette, wie hier im Thread behauptet. Wenn sie fuer sich selbst vorteilhafte Vertraege raushandeln, ist das voellig legitim. De facto ist die spaeter erworbene Firma fuer Microsoft damit zum Verlustgeschaeft geworden, doch das haben sie vorher vermutlich nicht verstanden. Microsoft hat eine Firma gekauft, von der sie sich erhofften, dass sie ihnen den vorher nie gelungenen Halt im Mobile Devices Bereich verschafft. Das haben sie gruendlich in den Sand gesetzt, was mich nicht gross wunderte.
