Wenn jemand eine schwere Missetat begeht, egal ob steuerlich oder anderes, kann der sehr wohl international gesucht und belangt werden. Wenn jemand hinterzieht, kann das im Rahmen des oben dargelegten Informationaustauschs aufgedeckt werden und dann greifen die Regeln, die ich erwaehnte (z.B. Festnahme bei der Einreise). Bei schweren Vergehen bliebe Leuten nur der Umzug in ein Land ohne Auslieferungsabkommen.
