Es gibt ein Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen, aber das ist etwas anderes als die Vollstreckung von Steuerschulden und Schulden aus gebührenpflichtigen Verwarnungen wegen begangener Ordnungswidrigkeiten, also den sogenannten Knöllchen. Deutsche Touristen, die in den USA verdonnert wurden und ihre dortigen Knöllchen nicht bezahlen, läßt man bei der nächsten Einreise nicht mehr ins Land.
