Die erledigten nämlich all die Arbeiten in einem Betrieb, die einfach so anfallen. Deren Erledigung aber für ein reibungsloses Arbeiten unerläßlich waren. Oder meinst du die Menschen, die im Tiefbau/Straßenbau tätig waren und die deshalb arbeitslos sind weil zB die Bahn an die Börse sollte? BTW als Bahn und Post staatliche Unternehmen waren, hatten die die Aufgabe überschüssige Arbeitskraft vom Markt zu nehmen. Die Politik war damals der Ansicht, es sei besser Menschen für Arbeit und nicht für einen Müßiggang zu bezahlen. Ein Ziel der damaligen Staatsbetriebe war, dafür zu sorgen, das Wohlstand möglichst gleichmäßig über DE verteilt wurde. Konzentrationen an wenigen Orten sollte vermieden werden. Das dies auch militärische Gründe hatte, will ich nicht bestreiten. Ob diese damalige Logik heute noch möglich wäre, kann ich nicht beurteilen. -- mfg hdw
