In Kalifornien wurde hoch und heilig versprochen, dass Cap and Trade fuer den Staat "revenue-neutral" geschehe. Den Mumpitz haben ich den Sozen nie geglaubt. Es kam dann genau wie befuerchtet. Heute reden sie ganz offen mit Journalisten darueber. "Oh, those few billion Dollars? We can easily cover that with cap and trade". Es ist also de facto eine Steuer. Wobei auch die Saetze runter muessen. Es geht z.B. nicht an, dass wir den hoechsten Koerperschaftssteuersatz der entwickelten Welt haben und den aber nur Gruender und Kleinunternehmer zahlen, waehrend die grossen die Kohle mit Hauptverwaltungen in Irland oder sonstwo "verschwinden" lassen und nur einige wenige Prozent zahlen. Das ist einer der (vielen) Gruende, warum mein Ingenieurbuero keine "Inc" ist, ich daher nur mit Freiberuflern zusammenarbeite und niemals Angestellte habe, und damit keine lokalen Arbeitsplaetze entstanden sind. -- Gruesse, Joerg http://www.analogconsultants.com/
