He can expect it as much as he likes, but he doesn't do that. He
*demands* it, with insults. It's very unreasonable.

Incidentally, he won't tell us what a "real name" is. Have you tried
looking it up in Wikipedia?

Actually that would be an ordinary ad hominem fallacy. There's nothing
2.0 about it. But it isn't that kind of fallacy as that's not what I'm
saying. It's a different kind of fallacy : misquoting, then condemning
on what wasn't said.
