I've got two environment variables name Path, one belonging to my user
name and one for the machine. Remind me what Windows does with these?
Does it combine them and search everywhere on both Paths? Or does it use
the personal one when you are signed on with that ID and the other one
the rest of the time?

It has NONE of those files. But it's a 64-bit Windows so do those files
need to be somewhere else in that case?

How do the files get there in the first place? I've *never* manually
copied those files into \Windows\System32 in any Java install I've ever
done. They usually sit in the JDK or JRE which is usually in C:\Program
Files on a 64-bit machine. Do they need to be in Windows\System32 as well?

You assumed correctly; Windows 10 in fact :-)
