Yes.  It's too bad you don't understand the specifications.

But then you've shown this propensity multiple times, arguing with many
people more knowledgeable than you.  And each time you only end up
making a bigger fool of yourself.

C# can also be compiled into executable code.  And the .NET framework
can be called from other languages.
