SEE is only expected to show you what was compiled for the version 
that's in the search order when you execute the SEE, not its vocabulary 
linkage, antecedents, etc. You can, of course, make SEE as complicated 
as you want to. As it is, basically it tells you where the FOO it jumps 
to is. Should you need clarification, you can always type ' FOO with the 
relevant vocabulary options to see which one is at 8082BCF. I've never 
heard someone complain of this problem, so I can't comment further.
