So, using {n} to disambiguate, that means:

  struct entity{1} { ::std::string entity{2}; };

  int main()
  { entity{1} entity{3}; ::std::cout << '"' << entity{3}.entity{2} <<
    '"' << '\n'; }

The only surprise here is allowing {1} and {3], a type name and variable
name, to co-exist, something not even C allows (entity{1} would need to
be tagged with 'struct').

(The languages I create are old-fashioned - they only allow one instance
of a top-level name, and only once *per function*. So here, entity{3}
wouldn't be allowed, not with the same name. (Names after "." are OK.)

I don't think it causes code to be less readable; quite the opposite in
fact.)
