Read the instructions to Jesper detailed in the recent thread
"Thunderbird requesting signing in".

And don't forget to delete any previous password/token for whichever
account in TB's password manager.  TB should walk you through the
process after you've been asked for your webmail credentials which you
use for *that occasion only*.
