Not fair.  I've spent days working on this.  The problem is that I'm 
flailing around in the dark.  Last night I was getting messages in both 
accounts.  When I turned on my machine this morning TB said there were 
NO NEW MESSAGES in either account.  Website showed a few new messages in 
AccountA and over a dozen new messages in AccountB but nothing forwarded 
from A to B.  POP enabled.  Forward enabled.  It also told me that my 
Firefox beta was an unsupported browser.

I don't believe in poltergeists, but I don't see how things can change 
themselves.

I reset POP and forwarding and I got new messages from AccountB, but 
AccountA forwarded nothing.

BUT I don't remember how I did it and I seem to remember that flailing 
was required such that it seemed to work by accident.  I'm not a stupid 
person, honest.  I am honestly not capable of doing the shit I have to

The new account is just sitting there.  I haven't told TB about it 
because I haven't decided what I want to do with it.

Doing 2-party shit with google or anybody else is perilous.  Entities 
won't accept my google voice number so I have to keep my t-mobile 
prepaid account running on my old Motorola phone just to receive codes, 
for which I have to go out in front of my neighbor's house in order to 
get signal.  I regard this as unreliable.

I logged into the accounts at the web every once in a while for various 
purposes. No forwards until the recent on from A to B.  POP downloads 
every day.  I would assume that they would tell me if they were going to 
inactivate an account (they tell me about my logging in from a new 
device whenever I do that), but I guess I could be wrong.

Since I regularly send mail from A and B that would seem to be inapplicable.

There is no reason that A should be blocked while B and other accounts 
are not.  There is no reason that the forwarding order should be ignored 
when it was previously obeyed.  There is no way to actually communicate 
with google.  I'm really glad that I never signed up for paperless 
statements;  I had regarded my ISPs as unrelaible, but it never occurred 
to me that my trusty email client would be the problem.
