Seit etwa 8 Monaten hörte ich hin und wieder Berichte, die auf ein Madig-werden hindeuteten. Vor etwa 2 Monaten installierte ich das BS neu, plus allerlei Anwendungen. Das sah erfolgversprechend aus. Allerdings vor etwa 10 Tagen blieb das UEFI-BIOS nach seiner ersten Ausgabe stehen. Es bot die Tastendrücke DEL, F2, F1 an - da blieb es stehen, unveränderbar und ohne irgendeinen Hinweis. Bei mir stellte ich fest, daß die Festplatte mit dem BS Windows drauf defekt ist. Es gab viele Lesestellen, von denen ein Lesen erfolglos war. Es handelt sich um eine WD Raptor mit 10000 U/min und 600 GB. Diese HDD habe ich mit einem Hammer zerstört - Elektronik-Schrott halt. Neben dieser Raptor 0,6_TB ist eine 2_TB als Startbestückung vorhanden, die offenbar völlig fehlerlos ist - siehe oben, die zweite HDD. Oben die erste HDD ist eine neue 24_TB, als Ersatz für die Raptor. Jahre nach der Startbestückung wurden zwei HDD mit je 4_TB zusätzlich eingebaut. Diese sind trotz der geringen Betriebsstundenzahl offenbar dennoch verschlissen. Besonders die dritte HDD oben - bei dieser ist nahezu alles defekt, obwohl die vierte gleiche HDD noch eine harmlose Fehlersituation zeigt. http://www.schellong.de/htm/defekt.htm Erstaunlich sind in der vorstehenden Seite die Betriebsstunden-Anzahlen von etwa 37800 und 32000 Stunden, ohne vorliegende Fehlerbehaftung!, im Vergleich mit den hier oben dargestellten Anzahlen. Kleinere Platten mit 0,5 TB, 1 TB und 2 TB scheinen einen wesentlich geringeren Verschleiß zu haben. Der PC der Verwandten hat zwei total defekte HDD plus eine austausch-würdige HDD. Da wird wohl eine zweite 24_TB hineinkommen. Ich bin erschrocken über die massiven HDD-Defekte in diesem PC. Bisher habe ich wesentlich bessere Erfahrungen an eigenen PCs gesammelt. Meine zwei 18_TB (WD181KRYZ-01AGBB0) haben beide null Fehler und 32°C bei 4700 Betriebsstunden. -- Mit freundlichen Grüßen Helmut Schellong
