Das ist nicht das Hauptproblem. Der Chef eines inhabergeführten
Unternehmens hat meist Enkel. Der angestellte Manager ist strukturell
dasselbe wie der Leitungskader im VEB, sogar meist noch kürzer dabei und
schneller kündbar. Er vererbt nur, was er in seiner kurzen aktiven Zeit
für sich auf die Seite schaffen konnte. Das Unternehmen unter seinem
Nachfolger ist ihm vollkommen egal.
