I can't stick my DSLR or even my P7800 in my Patterson Series 4 2-reel
film tank.  Again, it depends on what you're trying to do.  Maybe I
*could* stick my little red Kodak digicam in my film tank, but I suspect
that'd make for very poor results.

Well, professional camera.  I wasn't looking at that since I wanted a
film camera.  Also, price, no?

Tell my doctor.  I'm still 300lbs+, which is TOO CLOSE to "the masses"

How about a Kodak Easyshare M5350?  The size and ease of putting it in a
pocket isn't the main point.  I used to use a Kodak Instamatic X-15F
camera.  The key point is convinience.  People don't want to carry the
15 (hyperbole) or more different devices they'd have to carry to get the
same functionality as with a recent smart phone.

But I'm old fashioned enough to prefer and, really, insist on a discrete
camera.  But maybe not my Kodak Easyshare.  Rather have a phone than
that thing, even though it does 16MP.  IIRC, the current iPhone does
12MP, yes?  The Easyshare was a great example of why Kodak had to leave
the camera market.  They weren't competitive.  For the $80 I spent on it
for nostalgic reasons, I could've gotten a MUCH better Canon PowerShot
or Nikon CoolPIX.  (And $150 for the M5350 on eBay??  RIP OFF!!!)

True.  And I don't often USE the camera while travelling, unless
that's specifically why I went.

Fine.  Can you get them to cough it up?  Until we see it, we only know
by inference.
