Natürlich ist er das.

Selbstverständlich sind sie verschieden.
Bewegt sich die U2 von M2 nach M1 dann isst sie dabei schneller bewegt 
als die Plattform.
Bewegt sie sich von M1 nach M2 dann ist sie langsamer bewegt als diese.
Der Gang der U2 ist von ihrer Geschwindigkeit mitabhängig.
Da sie mal schneller, mal langsamer bewegt ist taktet sie mal langsamer, 
mal schneller, bezeichet als alternierender Uhrengang.

Die beiden Messstellen M1 und M2 erfassen den Uhrenstand und stellen 
diesen zur Auswertung bereit.

Stimmt nicht.
Die U2 taktet nicht nach irgendwas auf der Plattform, sondern rein nach 
ihrer Geschwindigkeit selber.

Die Geschwindigkeit der U2 gegen die Plattform bezogen ist in beide 
Bewegungsrichtung der U2 auf der Plattform zwischen dem Messtellen gleich.

Der alternierende Gang der U2 bei bewegter Plattform hat nichts mit 
irgendeinem Vergleich mit einer anderen Uhr zu tun.
Es gibt keinen Vergleich mit einer anderen Uhr.

Versuch halt die "Methode" zu verstehen, der Link ist unterhalb.
