Siehst du - das ist dein Fehler. Ich stelle einmal etwas ausführlicher
dein Problem dar.
In deinem pdf schreibst du:
"Das Relativitätsprinzip besagt, dass die Naturgesetze für alle
Beobachter dieselbe Form haben. Einfache Überlegungen zeigen, dass
es aus diesem Grund unmöglich ist, einen bevorzugten oder absoluten
Bewegungszustand irgendeines Beobachters oder Objekts festzustellen.
Das heißt, es können nur die Bewegungen der Körper relativ zu
anderen Körpern, nicht jedoch die Bewegungen der Körper relativ zu
einem bevorzugten Bezugssystem festgestellt werden."
Das ist der erste Absatz in

den du da abgeschrieben hast.
Du hättest auch den zweiten Absatz lesen sollen:
"In der klassischen Physik wie auch in der 1905 von Albert Einstein
entworfenen speziellen Relativitätstheorie (SRT) galt dieses Prinzip
vorerst nur in Inertialsystemen, die sich zueinander gleichförmig
und unbeschleunigt bewegen. Beschleunigte Bezugssysteme können zwar
auch verwendet werden, jedoch haben Naturgesetze in solchen Systemen
nicht dieselbe einfache Form wie in Inertialsystemen und sind
folglich nicht gleichberechtigt mit Letzteren. In der allgemeinen
Relativitätstheorie (ART) wird das Relativitätsprinzip auf
beschleunigte Bezugssysteme erweitert, wodurch die Gravitation als
Folge von Trägheitskräften interpretiert werden kann. Gemäß dieser
modernen Sichtweise ist die SRT der Spezialfall der ART, wenn der
Einfluss der Gravitation vernachlässigt werden kann, und ist nun
ebenfalls gleichermaßen für Inertialsysteme und beschleunigte
Bezugssysteme gültig."
Also: Die SRT
* beruht auf dem (speziellen) Relativitätsprinzip (SRP),
* ist eine Theorie für Inertialsysteme (IS) / die in IS gilt,
* ist eine Theorie ohne Gravitation.
Für IS und ohne Gravitation gilt die oben genannte Folgerung aus dem
SRP, "dass es [...] unmöglich ist, einen bevorzugten oder absoluten
Bewegungszustand irgendeines Beobachters oder Objekts festzustellen".
Da du in deiner "Methode" tatsächlich aber die Erde einbeziehst, können
deine "Folgerungen" die SRT überhaupt nicht treffen, da du außerhalb
ihres Gültigkeitsbereichs "argumentierst".
Etwas anders ausgedrückt: Die SRT behauptet _nicht_, dass bei Einfluss
der "Erde" (Gravitation) "es [...] unmöglich ist, einen bevorzugten
oder absoluten Bewegungszustand irgendeines Beobachters oder Objekts
festzustellen". Also ist deine "Methode" ein Schlag ins Leere...
Wenn du die SRT widerlegen willst, dann wirst du zeigen müssen, dass
ohne Gravitation eine Möglichkeit besteht, "einen bevorzugten oder
absoluten Bewegungszustand irgendeines Beobachters oder Objekts
festzustellen".
