Eben nicht. Alles, was du darlegst, zeigt lediglich nur sehr deutlich,
dass du nicht verstanden hast, was ein Bezugssystem ist, und wie
relative Geschwindigkeiten zu behandeln sind.
Da du für die Theorie also zu unwissend und zu unbegabt bist, hilft
dann nur ein Blick auf experimentelle Ergebnisse.
1. Die GPS-Satelliten
=====================
... schon oft erwähnt (und auch in meiner Ausarbeitung zu finden).
1.1 Theoretische Voraussagen
----------------------------
1.1.1 Reale Physik

Die GPS-Satelliten stellen eine Realisierung deiner Anordnung
"kreisende Uhr in einem bewegten Bezugssystem" dar. Die Entsprechungen
sind leicht zu erkennen:
Plattformsystem ---> Bezugssystem der Erde
mit v_U kreisende Uhr ---> mit v_S umlaufender Satellit
"Bahnsteigsystem" ---> Bezugssystem der Sonne
Bewegung des Plattformsystems ---> Bewegung des Bezugssystems Erde
mit v_0 im "Bahnsteigsystem" mit v_E im Bezugssystem Sonne
Hier treten zwei relativistische Effekte auf: Der Gang einer Uhr
verändert sich
1. aufgrund ihrer Bewegung (SRT-Effekt)
2. aufgrund ihrer Position im Gravitationsfeld (ART-Effekt)
Voraussagen von SRT und ART sind:
* Aufgrund der Zeitdilatation der SRT verliert eine Satelliten-Uhr beim
Umlauf um die Erde pro Tag -7 Mikrosekunden.
* Der ART-Effekt für Uhren im Schwerefeld ergibt pro Tag eine
Verlängerung der von der Uhr angezeigten Zeit von 45 Mikrosekunden.
* Uhren auf den GPS-Satelliten gewinnen also beim Umlauf im Vergleich
zu Uhren auf der Erde pro Tag
-7 μs + 45 μs = 38 μs hinzu.
1.1.2 "Methode" Bindl:
- - - - - - - - - - - -
Hier soll die Gangänderung auf das Bezugssystem der Sonne bezogen
werden. Das bedeutet: die Translationsgeschwindigkeit v_E wird der
Satellitengeschwindigkeit v_S (vektoriell) überlagert, um eine
"alternierende Geschwindigkeit" und damit eine "alternierende
Gangänderung" der Satelliten-Uhren zu erhalten. Dieses Vorgehen
führt zu folgendem Ergebnis:
* Beim Umlauf um die Erde verliert eine Satelliten-Uhr im Vergleich zu
einer Uhr auf der Erde pro Tag -446 Mikrosekunden.
* Der ART-Effekt ergibt wieder eine Verlängerung der von der
Satelliten-Uhr angezeigten Zeit von 45 Mikrosekunden.
* Uhren auf den GPS-Satelliten müssten also pro Tag im Vergleich zu
Uhren auf der Erde
−446 μs + 45μs = −401 μs verlieren.
Die sich nach der "Methode" ergebende Abweichung der Satelliten-Uhren
stimmt nicht mit der von der RT vorausgesagten Abweichung überein.
1.2 Experimentelle Überprüfungen
--------------------------------
Zur experimentellen Überprüfung werden die Zeitabweichungen in relative
Frequenzänderungen umgerechnet.
Die von der RT vorausgesagte relative Änderung der Satelliten-Frequenz
bezogen auf die Soll-Frequenz f_0 = 10,23 MHz beträgt damit:
DELTA f / f_0 = 444,3e-12.

Dort ist zu lesen (Hervorhebungen von mir):
"At the time of launch of the first NTS-2 satellite (June 1977), which
contained the first Cesium clock to be placed in orbit, there were some
who doubted that relativistic effects were real. A frequency
synthesizer was built into the satellite clock system so that after
launch, if in fact the rate of the clock in its final orbit was that
predicted by GR, then the synthesizer could be turned on bringing the
clock to the coordinate rate necessary for operation.
The atomic clock was first operated for about 20 days to measure its
clock rate before turning on the synthesizer.
_The frequency measured during that interval was_
+442.5 parts in 10^12 _faster than clocks on the ground_;

(= 442,5e-12)
if left uncorrected this would have resulted in
_timing errors of about 38'000 nanoseconds per day_.
The difference between predicted and measured values of the frequency
shift was only 3.97 parts in 10^12, well within the accuracy
capabilities of the orbiting clock. This then gave about a 1%
validation of the combined motional and gravitational shifts for a
clock at 4.2 earth radii."

b) Damit trotz der relativistischen Effekte ein synchroner Gang der
Satelliten-Uhren mit einer irdischen Uhr mit 10,23 MHz gewährleistet
ist, sagt die RT voraus, dass die Satelliten-Uhren auf
10,229999995453 MHz verstimmt werden müssen. Dies wird in der Realität
auch gemacht - und dadurch kann GPS außer zur Positionsbestimmung auch
als Zeitstandard verwendet werden.
2. Experimente mit langsam bewegten optischen Uhren
