Es ist wie beim Dopplereffekt, der Beobachter einer Uhr beobachtet dass die Uhr verschieden geht je nachdem mit welcher Geschwindigkeit er sich relativ zu ihr bewegt. Natuerlich aendert der Beobachter nicht wie schnell die Uhr tatsaechlich geht.
