Du verwendest es selber (siehe Seite 3 in deinem pdf):

Dein Fehler dabei: Du verwendest dann aber den im "Bahnsteigsystem"
bestimmten Uhrengang. Was du machst, lässt sich so zusammenfassen:
"Im Plattformsystem soll festgestellt werden - ohne Informationen von
außen - ob das Plattformsystem im 'Bahnsteigsystem' ruht oder bewegt
ist. Dazu wird im Plattformsystem die im 'Bahnsteigsystem' bestimmte
Gangänderung der in PS kreisenden Uhr U2 verwendet."
