Meine Aussage war:

   "Der Gang der _im Plattformsystem_ kreisenden Uhr U2 soll _im
    Plattformsystem_ beurteilt werden."

Genau ist dem Zitat aus deinem pdf zu entnehmen.

deine Unfähigkeit, die Relativität von Geschwindigkeiten zu erkennen
und Geschwindigkeiten richtig zusammen zu setzen.

Nein. Die Beurteilung des Ganges von U2 soll im Plattformsystem mittels
M1 und M2 durchgeführt werden. Siehe dein pdf:

"Die beiden Messstationen stellen den Uhrengang zwischen den
  jeweiligen Strecken fest.
  Ist die Plattform unbewegt, ist das Verhalten von U2 zwischen M1 und
  M2 bzw. M2 und M1 gleich, Ist sie bewegt, besteht da, wegen des nun
  unterschiedlichen Uhrenganges auf den beiden Teilstrecken, ein
  Unterschied."

Da ist das zweite Bezugssystem.

Dein Fehler: Du "übersiehst", dass Geschwindigkeiten relativ sind.
Das heißt: Geschwindigkeiten bewegter Körper werden in verschiedenen
Bezugssystemen unterschiedlich registriert.

Dort natürlich nicht, denn im Plattformsystem hat die kreisende Uhr
eine konstante Kreisbahngeschwindigkeit, was zu einer gleichmäßigen
Verlangsamung ihres Ganges im Plattformsystem führt.

Auch wenn du dich darum drücken willst, es gelten immer noch folgende
Zusammenhänge:

Wenn das PS sich mit v_0 = 100 m/s im "Bahnsteigsystem"
bewegt, dann gehen _alle_ Uhren im PS in gleicher Weise langsamer als
Uhren, die im "Bahnsteigsystem" ruhen. Damit ist die Bewegung gegenüber
dem "Bahnsteigsystem" erfasst. Als Abweichung vom Zustand "U2 ruht"
bleibt beim Zustand "U2 bewegt" im PS ausschließlich die
Geschwindigkeit der U2 wie sie im PS gemessen werden kann.

* im unteren Bahnpunkt im PS die Geschwindigkeit 110 m/s relativ zu M2.
Das gilt aber nur im "Bahnsteigsystem", nicht jedoch im PS, denn M1 hat
auch die Geschwindigkeit v_0 = 100 m/s, und M2 ebenfalls. Daher hat die
Uhr U2 im PS

* im oberen Bahnpunkt die Relativgeschwindigkeit
     90 m/s - 100 m/s = -10 m/s    relativ zu M1,

* im unteren Bahnpunkt die Relativgeschwindigkeit
     110 m/s - 100 m/s = +10 m/s   relativ zu M2.
