Sign-up for and pay for support.

This is really getting silly.  People should be glad there is a
Hobbyist Program.  Most OSes do not have one, even OSes that
basicly went belly-up years (if not decades) ago.  Patches are
a product that they sell.  The cost is what provides the money
needed to keep fixing thcwingsem and offering patches.

If the number of non-paying Hobbyist users exceeds the number of
paying customers, is it really that hard to see why HP seems to
pay little attention to VMS.
