Thanks for asking.

We're generally working with folks that need hardware or software 
troubleshooting (system dumps, application crashes, weird bugs) or help 
with custom programming work, or with VMS upgrades.

Encryption- and authentication-related work (ssh/sftp/scp, digital 
certificates, user impersonation, AES, LDAP/Kerberos/ACME) has been 
quite popular lately, as has been IP networking (IPv6, DNS, SSL).

Porting to Integrity, or porting off of VMS.

Patching or replacing lost application source code.

Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server and other Unix work, as well.

As for ITRC...  I would not expect to see HP make their VMS patches 
freely available to hobbyists, nor that their ITRC site resources would 
continue to be available online after the new HP Support Center is 
launched, nor whether HP might upgrade their versions of the zip and 
unzip tools.

I'll not hazard a guess when online purchasing for HP support contracts, 
or VMS and LP kits and licenses, will be available.  Maybe we'll see a 
WebOS app for that.  :-)
