OK, but I can't expect answers to questions like "please send me the 
latest VMS update patch".  :-(  

For the typical hobbyist, patch access is sufficient.  "Support" is 
something one does oneself for fun.  :-|  Many hobbyists follow the 
newsgroup (especially those whose newsreader offers more functionality 
than a browser-accessed forum), so the crucial thing is access to 
patches.

I would even pay a reasonable fee, but no-one can tell me how.
